Samsung Korea has announced new range of PDP TV's 'Cannes', with three models in the offering at 42", 50" and 63" inches respectively. An interesting feature is Ultra DayLight technology which adjust the contrast ratio based on ambient lighting conditions so you get the same quality in bright sunlight as well as in a dark room, as the contrast ratio is adjusted automatically from 1000:1 to 15000:1.
Then there is Natural True Color for improved color reproduction and Real Motion Studio which removes blurred outlines of faces and letters on the screen. The 63 inch model SPD-63P71FHD comes with Bluetooth for pairing up a Bluetooth headset or printer to print whats on the screen.
Available in Korea to commemorate the Cannes film festival the 42 inch model sells for 2,100,000 KRW ($ 2200), 50 inch for 3,400,000 KRW ($ 3550) and 63 inch which is Full HD for 9,000,000 KRW ($ 9450).
