Everybody here would like to get comments for the work they have done and blogging is no different. We spend a whole lot of time writing content for our readers. Have we satisfied and provided good content to them? We can only get to know that through comments on the post.
Not many people comment unless the work is genuinely appreciated. Studies have pointed out that only 1 out of 100 readers leave behind a comment on blogs. That may be true to a certain extent but not 100% for sure. People do love to comment if you entice them to do so.
Sometimes an offer to do something works better than just looking for someone to accept offers that you have not disclosed publicly.
